FindMe ("FindMe", "we", "us") is a tool operated by ClickCrowd Media LLC ("ClickCrowd Media"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the FindMe website and services (the "Service").

Uploaded content: When you upload a ZIP file, it contains photos that may include personal data (faces).
Technical data: Basic logs and metadata needed to run the Service (e.g., request timestamps, error logs).
Optional contact data: If you contact us, we may receive your email address and your message.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
Provide the Service (uploading, processing, and returning grouped photos).
Improve performance and reliability (debugging, monitoring errors).
Prevent abuse (rate limiting, security controls).
3. Face processing and privacy-by-design
We process faces only to generate similarity groupings within your uploaded album.
We do not sell your data or use your photos to advertise to you.
We do not attempt to identify you or match you against any external database.
4. Data retention
Uploaded albums and derived data (thumbnails, embeddings, clusters) are retained for a limited time to provide the Service.
After the retention period, we delete album assets and related records.
If you delete an album from the app (when available), it will be removed earlier.
5. Sharing
We do not share your uploaded photos with third parties except:
Service providers strictly required to run the Service (e.g., hosting/storage infrastructure).
When required by law.
6. Security
We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data, but no system is 100% secure.
7. Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to upload and process the photos you submit (for example, photos you own or have permission to use).
