Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FindMe (the "Service"), operated by ClickCrowd Media LLC ("ClickCrowd Media", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FindMe allows you to upload a ZIP file of photos and returns groupings based on face similarity to help you find photos where you appear.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Upload only content you own or have permission to process.
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.

3. Privacy and data handling

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge face similarity processing is required to provide the Service.

4. No warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect results.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickCrowd Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you are violating these Terms or if needed to protect the Service.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
